ROBOTNIK SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer several methods of shipping to allow you to choose the best method of delivery to suit your needs.
UPS WORLDWIDE COURIER
UPS Worldwide Ground Service shipments will typically be delivered between 1 to 5 business days in the Martimes, with most shipments arriving the next business day* (Rural areas may take longer to arrive).
Robotnik does offer COD payment for UPS Ground Service shipments. There is a $20 COD fee on top of your normal shipping charges. The drivers will only accept a money order to the correct amount for a COD delivery.
EXPRESS DELIVERY IN HRM
- If you are within Metro and cannot make it to our store, Robotnik also offers Express Local Delivery
- In stock items will be delivered same-day* for a local delivery fee of $15. COD payment is not an option for this delivery method.
- Delivery address must be within 15km or less of our store

HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?
Shipping charges vary depending on product, shipping address and any promotions. To find the shipping cost, register an account and add the products you wish to purchase to your cart. The cart will show you delivery options with prices.
CAN I FIND THE SHIPPING COST WITHOUT REGISTERING?
Yes, you can. You may contact email@example.com for shipping costs. You will need to provide your shipping address in the e-mail as well as a list of the products you wish to order. You may find it is faster to create an account to check your shipping costs.
MY PACKAGE IS LATE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If your package does not arrive in the timeframe you expected, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for your tracking number and a status update on your order. We will give you an estimate on delivery for your package, and also inform you of the courier's tracking number for your package, allowing you to view an up-to-date status on your package.
If your package is late and we are unable to locate it with the courier's tracking information, we will contact the courier to open a trace on the package. If the package cannot be located, we will re-ship your order at our expense.
MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED OR MISSING AN ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If the package is damaged please do not accept it from the courier, or if you do, make sure the courier notes on the delivery receipt that the package was damaged. If you have a digital camera, take a picture of the damage. Contact us at 902-425-1599 we will help you resolve the problem. If it is after store hours, please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we are open. Damaged On Arrival items must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery so please contact us immediately.
If you are missing an item, please check the package thoroughly as sometimes small items are easily overlooked in the packing material. If you still do not see the missing item, please e-mail email@example.com or call 902-425-1599 extension 2.
