The Bronze Support contract covers full email support, full Helpdesk access, and a guaranteed response in 4 Hours or less! All onsite technical work is provided at a discounted contract rate and only charged by the hour and as needed.

Silver Support

Our Silver Support contract boasts all of the great features that our Bronze Support has with an even faster response time guarantee of 3 Hours or less! Included in our Silver Support contract are monthly onsite service calls to keep your computers running optimally! Our onsite technical work that is not a regular monthly visit is charged by the hour as needed.

Gold Support

Our Gold Support contract has all of the features of the Silver Support contract with a fixed cost that saves you from any unexpected issues. No unbudgeted expenses! On top of this no stress package we are guaranteeing a 3 Hour response time!

Platinum Support

Our Platinum Support contract builds on the excellence of our Gold Support contract with the addition of premium professional program licensing that consists of Microsoft 365, AVG CloudCare AntiVirus, and AVG CloudCare Backup!
Our Diamond Support contract has a guaranteed 1 Hour response time, full Helpdesk access, full email support, No unbudgeted expenses, all premium program licenses, and a brand new Enterprise Lenovo laptop or desktop every 3 years!
