WARRANTY & RETURNS POLICY
RETURNS / REFUNDS
Robotnik Solutions offers a 10-day return policy on all hardware. All returned product(s) must be 100% complete in original packaging, with software, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories included. The product(s) must be free from any physical damage. Robotnik Systems may also be returned within 10 days, however, there is a 20% re-stocking fee on any system return. Systems with activated operating systems cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Robotnik Solutions cannot accept returns on any opened software.
You must have your original invoice and payment slip to return any product to Robotnik. Without this information, your refund cannot be processed.

Certified Section
Lenovo products have certified warranties. Robotnik.com is an authorized service center, but the standard manufacturer terms apply to these products.
PHYSICAL DAMAGE
Physical damage to any product purchased at Robotnik.com will effectively void warranty coverage. Improper installation of CPU fans and/or improper clocking may cause CPUs to chip. CPUs that are chipped, burnt or have bent pins are considered physically damaged and cannot be returned for refund or replacement. Physical damage includes but is not limited to improper handling and/or any other type of damage sustained by irregular usage.

We recommend that all items shipped to us be insured for damage or loss.
Robotnik Solutions will not be responsible for any loss of data, software, etc. that was not originally installed by Robotnik.com. Please back up any important information before returning any storage product(s) to Robotnik.com.
DOA (DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL) SHIPMENTS
If the package is damaged please do not accept it from the courier, or if you do, make sure the courier notes on the delivery receipt that the package was damaged. If you have a digital camera, take a picture of the damage. Contact us at 902.735.3000 and we will help you resolve the problem. If it is after store hours, please leave a message and we will contact you as soon as we are open. Damaged On Arrival items must be claimed within 24 hours of delivery so please contact us immediately.
If you are missing an item, please check the package thoroughly as sometimes small items are easily overlooked in the packing material. If you still do not see the missing item, please e-mail robotnik@robotnik.com or call us at 902.425.1599.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
LIABILITY
The maximum liability to you for products purchased from Robotnik.com shall be limited to the purchase price you have paid for the product(s) or their value at the time of return (either as a refund, exchange for equivalent parts, or in-store credit to be determined by Robotnik.com). Robotnik.com will not be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of profits, or other consequential, indirect, incidental, punitive or special damages. This applies to all situations however caused. Any equipment left at Robotnik.com for thirty days after notification of service being complete or partially complete shall be considered abandoned and become the property of Robotnik.com and sold or discarded.
Robotnik Solutions is not responsible for typographical or photographical errors at our store or on our website. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
Robotnik Solutions reserves the right to change or to cancel its return and warranty policies at any time.
Electronic Products Recycling Association
As of January 1, 2024, the following changes have been made to the NS Environmental Handling Fees on electronic components:
Desktop Computer: $1.00 EHF
Computer Peripherals: $0.50 EHF
Portable Computers: $0.75 EHF
Desktop Printers: $3.00 EHF
Display Devices (29" and Smaller): $8.00 EHF
Personal or Portable Audio/Video Systems (speakers, headphones): $0.50 EHF
